At Ezeprints, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we understand that errors can occur.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
1. Faulty or Damaged Products : If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
2. Engraving Errors : If we made an error with the engraving, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
3. Wrong Product : If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 3 business days of delivery.
2. Provide a detailed description of the issue and include photos of the product, if applicable.
3. Our team will review your case and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Resolution
If we determine that the issue is due to our error, we will:
1. Replace the product with a new one that meets your original order specifications.
2. Provide a store credit for the full amount of the original order.
Important Notes
- No refunds will be issued.
- Returns are only accepted for products that are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly engraved.
- Products that are returned due to customer error or change of mind will not be accepted.
